Thank goodness for Kathy Buckland! On a day when many are concerned about the Brexit vote, it is great to have the diversion of the beautiful natural world. “I don't really know how to express the excitement I had when I saw this beautiful scene,” says Kathy Buckland, photographer from Glenview, IL. “The water looked like oil and with the ripples on the surface, the reflection of the sailboat was an image I had to capture! We had just flown in from Vancouver on a seaplane and when I saw the reflection of the sailboat in the water, I had to snap the picture.
