Nipsey Russell

01/21/2013 By Ellen Beals 2 Comments

I learned through a tweet that there may be a biography on Nipsey Russell. That’s a book I’ll read.   A trip to Wikipedia told me that he was known as the “poet laureate of television.”   Here’s one of his poems:

Those who think of women as the weaker sex

Just can’t see the trees for the woods

Cause no matter how loudly a rooster may crow

It’s the hen who delivers the goods.

I cannot find a book (not digital) of Mr. Russel’s poetry. Is there a hardcopy book collection of his poetry, in or out of publication.

    Dear Clay —

Unfortunately I did not find any books by him nor did I find the biography announced on Twitter. I found a comedy album “Confucius Told Me” for sale on EBay. Thanks for reading, Ellen
