Celebrities have been making news in the poetry world. The actress Kristen Stewart (who played Bella Swan in The Twilight movies) shared one of her poems (“My Heart Is A Wiffle Ball/Freedom Pole”) with readers of Marie Claire. Slice of Solace: Carl Sandburg “At a Window”
I can image Carl Sandburg looking out the window at the treetops and being inspired to write this poem. It is from the “Fogs and Fires” section of his Chicago Poems.
