Hey there!<\/strong> Let the good times roll! It\u2019s Fat Tuesday. I\u2019m making gumbo and I bought a king cake so we\u2019ll have a little Mardi Gras celebration tonight.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday<\/strong>. I won\u2019t get ashes. I\u2019m not a practicing Catholic. I do like some of the rituals and practices though. So I plan on observing Lent by giving up Facebook<\/strong> and by limiting my use of plastic (I realize I cannot give it up totally).<\/p>\n
