Broadway. Put on by the <a title=\"Chicago Writers House\" href=\"http:\/\/chicagowritershouse.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chicago Writers House Project<\/a>, the expo will showcase more than 40 Chicago fiction and poetry presses in this pop-up bookstore. \u00a0The extravaganza also features an after-party concert on Saturday night by Joan of Arc and \u00a0the Uptown Poetry Slam at The Green Mill on Sunday. \u00a0And this week, starting tonight, the Preface Reading Series will take place at different Uptown venues.<\/p>\n<p>This will be my first time behind a booth at this type of event, so I don&#8217;t exactly know what to expect. \u00a0I am looking forward to meeting other publishers and literary people, such as the Chicago Center for Literature and Photography, Curbside Splendor, Featherproof Books, MAKE Magazine, Switchback Book and many others.
