Does the news these days make you want to lose it? Me too.<\/p>\n

And like the other week when I posted after the Paris terrorism, I really don’t have anything brilliant to add to the discussion. Too many people are quick to chime in but their comments don’t add anything to the situation.<\/p>\n

I’ll tell you one thing. And this is not earth-shattering but I hope it makes you feel better. I have been doing Classical Stretch<\/strong><\/em> with Miranda Esmonde -White<\/strong> and my favorite routine is the one in which she says, “Don’t be discouraged.”\u00a0<\/strong> So I am telling you that (as well as repeating it to myself like a mantra). Don’t be discouraged.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m starting my Christmas shopping today, hoping to get in the spirit, which is also why I leave you with these holiday photos.<\/p>\n
