The Pop-Up Bookfair was Sunday at The Empty Bottle and it was a lot of fun. I've been singing the praises of Curbside Splendor Press and will continue to do so. Not only does Curbside have a great catalog, but it has amped up the lit scene in Chicago. Pop-Up Fun
After participating in the Pop-Up Bookfair at The Empty Bottle last Sunday, I think all bookfairs should be at a bar. It was great fun--the patrons and sellers got mellower as the music amped up. To my right were Gina Frangello and Leah Tallon representing Other Voices Books.
