Looking back, looking forward

If you read my last post you know that Solace in So Many Words is one-year-old. I have been thinking of the highlights from the past year. Oil and Water

“I don't really know how to express the excitement I had when I saw this beautiful scene,” says Kathy Buckland, photographer from Glenview, IL. “The water looked like oil and with the ripples on the surface, the reflection of the sailboat was an image I had to capture! We had just flown in from Vancouver on a seaplane and when I saw the reflection of the sailboat in the water, I had to snap the picture.
