I am a nut for crosswords and do a couple each day. I am never more content than when I am filling in the squares. I am not sure what it is exactly. The sense of order. The sense of accomplishment. Laura Rodley's chapbook Rappelling Blue Light, a Massachusetts Book Award nominee, won honorable mention for the New England Poetry Society Jean Pedrick Award. Arthur Powers has a new book, The Book of Jotham, out on Kindle. The Book of Jotham won the 2012 Tuscany Prize for Catholic Fiction for the Novella and is published by Tuscany Press, which is "seeking and making known stories with human frailties, beauty, grace, love, redemption, hope, courage and the presence of God."
